Swap It Week 6: Sweet Swaps

Simple Sweet Swaps - Challenge yourself to try one of these sweet swaps - Muesli bars to pikelets, dairy desserts to reduced fat yogurt or juice to water with fruit slices.

A healthy lunch doesn't have to mean no sweets at all. Making small changes or swaps can make a world of difference in packing lunches. Swapping dessert cups to yogurt or reduced fat custards is a simple idea. For more adventurous eaters you could swap chocolate bars to homemade seeded muesli bars.
